Executive Access has always been a firm, among other things, known for its values. We have always done business with values and never compromised on them. Thus, it became imperative for us to define those values for ourselves and others. This resulted in an exercise of defining our ambition, aspirations and values which has culminated in the form of our values statement which we internally refer to as “EA Pentagon of Values”
