The law of accountability


EA India has pioneered the concept of Performance Accountability, which states that a portion of the Executive Search fee is payable ONLY if the client is satisfied with the candidate’s performance on the ground for a continuous period of 6 months from the date of appointment.


The law of feedback


For the first time in the history of search, a firm has mandated itself to do a complete analysis of not only the candidate proffered but also the client organization.

We go beyond search by conducting research and utilizing information coming to us during our comprehensive search process to provide you a SWOT analysis on your business – a unheard concept in this business.

This law states that ‘we shall provide an overview to the client of the organisation’s perceptions in the corporate world, to help it make a better place to work in for both client and candidate’.


The law of partnership


We treat ourselves as Partners in the client’s business. Accordingly, we are not known to leave our clients in the lurch in the eventuality of the candidate leaving.

In keeping with the ethos of this Law, we have devised a three year replacement policy for our clients, which states Executive Access will create bench strength for the position. In the eventuality of the candidate resigning, Executive Access would provide 3 shortlisted candidates within 7 working days of receipt of the Job Specifications from the Client.

This steadfast practice of financial and moral obligation has no antecedents in the Indian Executive Search industry.
