Arthur Leonard Robert (Bob) Morton

Bob is an Entrepreneur, Investor and Financier. He is a Chartered Accountant, F.C.A. and a Resident In Jersey.

Currently he is the Chairman of 5 British Public Companies and several private companies like Tenon Plc, the largest quoted accountancy group ranked 9th in the UK, St. Peter Port Capital Plc, a USD 150 Million pre IPO Investment Trust based in Guernsey, Armour Group Plc, UK market leader in home entertainment, Ekay Plc, a fast growing media UK media group, Servoca Plc, a fast growing UK recruitment group in education, health care and security, Spargonet Consulting Plc, a UK I.T. Consulting business and Merritts Properties Limited, a property investment business and Incar Entertainment Products.

Additionally he is a shareholder in numerous companies including Hawk Investment Holdings Limited, a USD 60 Million investment company based in Guernsey


Ronesh Puri
Managing Director

Ronesh joined Executive Access in 1995 as a Senior Consultant and took over as the Managing Director in November 1997. Prior to this, he was an Advocate and a Banker.

Ronesh has facilitated about 250 searches across sectors and functions ranging from Heads of Human Resources, Finance, Technology, Operations and Marketing, including over 60 CEO and Board level searches. He has placed Heads of organizations as diverse as CEOs of Asset Management Companies & Heads of Private Equity firms to the Secretary General of PHD Chambers of Commerce and Industry to Headmasters of renowned public schools like Doon School, Sanawar and Welham Boys. He has worked for clients like Deutsche Bank, MTV, Religare, Prudential, DE Shaw RREEF, Kotak Mahindra, Merrill Lynch among many others.

Ronesh today advises Corporates, Chairmen and Boards on key people issues and conducts organization’s SWOT analysis and Management Appraisals. He has also been authoring several books/ articles on management and related subjects. 

Ronesh graduated with Economics Honors from Fergusson College, Pune and subsequently completed his LL.B and Diploma in Management. He has served on FICCI HR committee. He is also a member of Confederation of Indian Industry, Delhi HRD Network and TIE.
